Quick Setup in 5 Minutes

Get your Glancito loyalty program live in minutes. Follow these steps to install the app and activate your first earn rule.

Step 1: Install the App

1. Go to your Shopify App Store
2. Search for "Glancito Loyalty"
3. Click "Add app" and authorize the requested permissions
4. You'll be redirected to your Glancito dashboard

Step 2: Verify Your Store Connection

After installation, you'll see:

• Your store name and domain
• Member count (initially 0)
• An empty dashboard ready to customize

If you see a connection error, verify:

• You have Admin permissions on your Shopify store
• Your Shopify store is on a standard plan (not development store required for most features)

Step 3: Create Your First Earn Rule

Navigate to Settings → Earn Rules and click "Add Earn Rule".

Choose one of the pre-built templates:

Rule Type	Example	Points
Purchase	Award 1 point per $1 spent	Automatic
Referral	New customer joins via referral link	Fixed (e.g., 50 pts)
Review	Customer reviews a product	Fixed (e.g., 25 pts)
Birthday	Customer's birthday month	Fixed (e.g., 100 pts)
Sign-up	Customer joins loyalty program	Fixed (e.g., 25 pts)

Recommended for first rule: Pick Purchase (1 point per $1). It's the most common and requires no setup.

Step 4: Create a Reward

Go to Rewards → Add Reward and create your first redemption option:

• Name: e.g., "$10 Off Your Next Order"
• Points Required: e.g., 1000 points
• Reward Type: Discount Code
• Discount Value: $10

This gives customers a reason to earn points.

Step 5: Customize Your Display

Go to Settings → Appearance to:

• Upload your logo
• Choose your brand color
• Write your program name (e.g., "Rewards Club")
• Set point name (e.g., "points", "coins", "credits")

Step 6: Launch on Your Store

The loyalty program badge appears automatically on:

• Product pages — shows points earned for purchase
• Checkout — shows points at redemption
• Account page — member's full profile and points balance

Your customers can:

• See their points balance
• Earn points from purchases
• Redeem rewards
• Refer friends
